Taking new clients

I set up AI inside your company. Then I teach your team to run it.

Most AI projects stall because the work was never written down clearly enough for AI to do it. I help your team define its processes, then I build the AI that carries them out.

Founder, software startup

AI can only do work that's been defined.

So that's where I start. The AI part is the easy half.

  1. Define the process

I sit with your team and write down how the work really gets done: the steps, the judgement calls, and what good looks like. Clearly enough that AI could follow it.

  2. Build it

I set up the AI to run that process on the tools you already use, and test it on one real project before it goes any further.

  3. Hand it over

I train your team to run it and change it themselves, then check in until it's just how work gets done.

I'm not tied to any one AI. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or whatever you already pay for. I pick what fits the job.

Two recent engagements

25-person marketing agency

A whole agency working with AI, not just the two people who were curious.

Two teams on different systems and reporting done by hand. Now every teammate is set up with one command, on Mac or Windows, and they share what they build with each other.

Software startup

A sales pipeline the founder runs herself, without writing a line of code.

Signups, follow-ups, bookings and call notes handled three times a day. It drafts every email and never sends one without her approval.

About me

I'm Thomas. I build software, and I spend most of my time helping teams get real work out of AI.

I'm hands-on. I don't leave you with a slide deck. I sit with the people doing the work, write the process down with them, build the thing, and stay until they can run it without me.
